We are inviting all of Blues' family members to join us!

Jim Taylor and seven students from NAIT's Digital Cinema program will be creating a North Glenora Blues documentary film, filming in Edmonton June 16-19 with the major focus on the members of the 1969 Blues team which represented Alberta in the Canada Games that summer.
They will be interviewing the remaining players (all of whom are in their 70s) but also filming on location at the North Glenora Community League.
In addition to several interviews with current players, they will be filming parts of a lacrosse practice with a couple of Blues teams of different ages (10U and 14U). This will be taking place on Thursday, June 16 in the evening.
"With the current Blues organization being able to trace its history back to the 1969 original team, we want to ensure our story connects with current players, coaches, and parents.
We hope to educate, inspire, and celebrate the game, the history of our organization, and the impact it has had on generations of players."
An important segment for our Blues documentary will be filmed on Saturday, June 18 and we need former and current players as part of a large group shot that celebrates the legacy of the original 1969 team.
Hope you can make it!
